Born in 1991 and purchased in 1992, “Forte” was one of the most complete Angus bulls we have ever used.  He lived to be 14 years old.  He adds muscling and marbling while decreasing backfat. In its day, when the percent retail product EPD was deemed significant to the American Angus Association, “Forte” was right at the top.  His ability to produce easy fleshing, superior uddered cows is one of his trademarks.  A true easy calving sire, he shortens gestation by as much as 14 days.  His structure was impeccable with strong hocks and excellent feet.  His genetic influence can be found throughout South America, New Zealand, Australia and the United States.  Owned with Dave Duncan and Dale Davis.  Deceased.
